Concrete Actions

Before saying anything, Taffarello materializes actions that make its Company Policy synonymous with responsibility and commitment. Every initiative has two objectives:
– environmental and employee well-being
– quality and sustainability in production

To this end, it has activated a series of tools and obtained specific certifications, which attest to its effective transparency and seriousness in dealing with these important issues.

Code of Ethics

Taffarello S.p.A. has felt it necessary to create this document – Code of Ethics – in order to disclose the set of values and company rules that must guide the behavior and actions of Directors / Employees / Collaborators / Consultants and, more generally, of all those who, for any reason, work for the Company.

Likewise, on March 26, 2024, the Board of Directors approved the Organizational Management and Control Model, in compliance with the requirements of the Legislative Decree 231/2001 (art. 11 of law no. 300 of September 29, 2000). At the same time, the Company created an internal Control Organism (also Volunteer Organizationss OdV), as required by art 6, comma 1, letter b of the beforee-mentioned decreeo, with independent powers of vigilance and control.

With this documento, Taffarello S.p.A. not only intends to comply with legislative changes and requirements introduced into our system by Legislative Decree 231/2001, on the subject of “administrative liability” of legal persons, but also intends to seize the opportunity offered by this standard to highlight, once again, what the company’s policies (and principles) of conduct are, in particular by clearly and forcefully establishing the values of ethics and the respect for legality.

Environmental Policy

Taffarello S.p.A. is an environmentally friendly organization, fully aware of the impact that the design, production, and use of products can potentially have on nature. The company’s goal is to meet all requirements, not only the legal obligations but also the voluntary commitments, that concern the environment.

Health and Safety at Work Policy

Taffarello S.p.A. operates at all levels to ensure the physical and moral integrity of its employees, working conditions that respect individual dignity, and safe and healthy work environments, in full compliance with current legislation on health and safety at work. For this reason, the Employer assesses all risks to the safety and health of workers, including in the choice of work equipment and in the design and layout of workplaces, and carries out its activities under technical, organizational, and economic conditions that ensure adequate accident prevention and a suitable and safe working environment. The management committee and the employer are committed to providing the human, instrumental, and economic resources necessary to pursue these objectives as a priority, considering the management of health and safety at work and the related results to be an integral part of their activities.
