Data Controller of personal data:
TAFFARELLO S.p.A., Piazza G.B. Cavarzerani, 8 – Z.I. Quintavalle 31030 Carbonera (TV) Italy is the Data Controller of personal data in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”).
Type of data processed
In the context of the “Work with us” section, we collect and process the following personal data:
· Identifying information (name, surname, date of birth);
· Contact details (email address, phone number, residential address);
· Information contained in the curriculum vitae, such as work experience, skills, qualifications;
· Any further data voluntarily provided by the candidate.
Purpose of processing and legal basis
The personal data provided will be processed for the following purposes:
1. Evaluation of job applications and management of the employee selection process;
2. Possible contact to arrange interviews or request further information. The processing is based on the execution of pre-contractual measures requested by the interested party (art. 6.1.b GDPR). The provision of data is voluntary, however the failure to provide it will not allow the Data Controller of personal data to fulfill what is requested.
Processing methods
The processing of personal data will be carried out using manual and/or IT tools, with logic strictly related to the purposes indicated above and in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data.
Data storage
Personal data will be kept for the time necessary to manage the selection process and will in any case be deleted at the end of the solar year following the date it was collected.
Data recipients
Personal data will not be communicated to third parties, unless required by law, and will not be disseminated. However, they may be processed by external service providers designated as Data Processors.
Rights of the interested party
As the interested party, you have the right to:
· Access your personal data;
· Request its rectification, cancellation or limitation of processing;
· Obtain data portability;
· Revoke consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation;
Lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali in Italy).
